You may add items to your cart with your desired quantity. To review your items, click on the ‘Bag’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page. Click on ‘Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
You may log in to your account and check the status of your orders. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email, and will also be displayed on your account page.
Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we’re not able to make any further changes like shipping method upgrades or change in quantities to your order. You may email us

All the points you’ve earned will be awarded to your account – where you have full access to after logging in. Upon completion of any of the tasks that award points, it will be credited to your account immediately.
All orders will take approximately 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered. We offer free domestic shipping for orders above SGD$60! Otherwise, the courier fee will be $5 flat fee.
We provide international shipping! Simply select your country upon checkout and the international shipping charges will be calculated automatically.
For all other international shipping not listed above, it will be a $39 flat fee. Free international shipping for orders above $250
Important Note: International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees incurred if any.
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Collate Beauty. In the event that any full priced Collate Beauty beauty products does not meet your expectations, please return it in its original unused condition with original packaging (if any) for a refund or for a prompt exchange.
